Jadlog has opened a new automated hub in São Paulo following an investment of more than R$200 million. The facility can process up to 16,500 parcels per hour during peak periods, giving the Brazilian operator additional capacity as e-commerce volumes rise.
The site uses Fives’ GENI-Belt sorter, supplied with six induction lines and almost 300 destinations. Parcels and small items can travel through the same sorting system, helping Jadlog use the 20,000m² facility efficiently while maintaining throughput.
The hub includes 87 loading docks, around 2,000m² of mezzanine office space and 5,000m² of support areas. Jadlog says the investment will strengthen service quality and the reliability of its national distribution network.
CEO Bruno Tortorello said company volumes had increased tenfold since its acquisition by Geopost. Jadlog’s Brazilian network now comprises more than 500 franchises, 17 branches and over 4,000 pick-up and drop-off locations.
COO Fernando Gasparini described the sorter as a strategic investment in automation, capacity and predictability. The facility was inaugurated on 7 May 2026 with representatives of Jadlog, Geopost and Fives present.
Fives Intralogistics said the installation is Geopost’s first in Latin America, following an earlier project with DPD Portugal. The hub also supports Jadlog and Geopost sustainability objectives by targeting more efficient resource use, lower emissions and reduced environmental impact.
