Element Logic and Ranpak are forming a global strategic partnership to combine warehouse automation with automated end-of-line packaging. The agreement is aimed at customers seeking a single design approach for fulfilment, packing and dispatch.
Element Logic will incorporate Ranpak’s technologies into wider warehouse projects, extending its offer beyond storage and order handling. Ranpak’s systems can select, erect and size a box around each order, reducing the need for manual box preparation.

The companies also point to automated closing, computer vision and paper-based product protection. Integrated with Element Logic’s software, system design and integration expertise, these capabilities are intended to improve packing consistency, throughput and transport efficiency.
Rightsized packaging may reduce material consumption and empty space in shipments. The initiative also responds to changing packaging expectations, including requirements being phased in under the European Union’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation.
The collaboration builds on existing work between the companies. Its planned scope covers the warehouse value chain from inbound logistics and storage through fulfilment, packaging and final shipment.

Element Logic CEO Ankush Malhotra said the agreement strengthens the company’s packaging portfolio and supports scalable solutions. Ranpak CEO Omar Asali said the partnership would place end-of-line packaging within broader intralogistics implementations.
