Körber is taking a stake in NAiSE, strengthening its supply-chain software portfolio with technology for vendor-neutral fleet management. The German companies will work together on coordinating AGVs, AMRs and manually operated industrial trucks across warehouse and production operations.
NAiSE was founded in 2017 and has developed its Fleet Management Software independently to date. The platform provides a common control layer for vehicles from different manufacturers, addressing the fragmented operating model that often emerges as automation projects expand.
Its integration layer is designed to connect mixed fleets regardless of whether a warehouse management system, warehouse execution system or warehouse control system is running in the background. For operators, this can support greater visibility and make future fleet expansion less tied to a single equipment supplier.
The partners intend to integrate NAiSE’s platform more closely with Körber’s warehouse solutions and develop further intralogistics use cases, including potential applications for humanoid robotics. NAiSE will continue serving production logistics and maintain cooperation with its AGV and AMR partners.
Operational control remains with co-founders Kai Przybysz-Herz, Robert Libert and Raphael Kusumoto. NAiSE will also continue working with existing and new system integrators and vehicle manufacturers. Körber will act as strategic investor and growth partner while NAiSE retains its independent, open-market position.
