FLEX. opens third German fulfilment site near Osnabrück

FLEX. has opened OSN3, its third German warehouse, in Lotte near Osnabrück. The site started operations on 1 September 2026 and provides approximately 5,000m² of storage, with scope for additional space.

OSN3 supports storage before Amazon inbound, forwarding to Amazon fulfilment centres, FBA preparation, B2C and B2B order fulfilment, returns and customs clearance. Its position near the Lotte/Osnabrück interchange links the A1 with the A30 towards the Netherlands. Rotterdam is around three hours away by road, while Amazon inbound facilities in Dortmund and Werne are also within reach.

The opening lifts FLEX.’s German footprint above 15,000m². OSN3 joins WIL1 at Wilhelmshaven’s JadeWeserPort, opened in 2022, and MAG2 near Magdeburg, launched in 2023. The company’s wider network, including facilities in France, Poland and Swansea, now exceeds 30,000m² and operates through the myFLEX warehouse-management system.

Germany is positioned as an entry point for non-EU merchants because of its market size and central location. FLEX. says about 95% of its clients are based outside the EU, mainly in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and India. Since 1 July 2026, low-value imports sent from outside the bloc have carried a temporary €3 customs duty per item category, increasing the importance of local inventory and customs planning.
