Toyota Material Handling Europe is adding four vehicles to its warehouse portfolio: the Optio L-series OSE100 and OSE100W order pickers, plus the Tracto S-series TSE300 and TSE500 electric tow tractors.

The Optio models carry up to 1,000 kg and are designed for picking to the second level. The OSE100 combines an elevating platform with an initial fork lift, while the OSE100W uses a walkthrough platform that rises to 1,195 mm and accommodates bulky goods on the forks. Their three-wheel design is intended for manoeuvrability in crowded warehouse areas.

The range can be specified with different electronic steering configurations, optional heating and walkie controls that let operators move the truck while walking alongside it. More information is available in Toyota’s premium truck portfolio.

For horizontal transport, the TSE300 offers 3.0 tonnes of towing capacity and the TSE500 5.0 tonnes. Both can travel at up to 12 km/h. Lithium-battery versions support opportunity charging, while updated operator compartments and easier battery access are intended to improve shift efficiency. Inching buttons are standard; mirrors, direction indicators and a Rockinger hitch are optional.

Toyota is also highlighting lower energy consumption, noise and vibration, together with wider access, storage and a redesigned battery hood. The OSE100 and OSE100W were assessed under ISO 23308 criteria for energy and noise performance. Orders are due to open in November, with production planned for Q1 2027. The Optio OSE120CB is expected to follow.
