Clustag has launched InLine, a new division serving integrators of intralogistics automation. The unit combines identification, inspection and process-control technologies with engineering expertise and ongoing support.
Its portfolio spans RFID, automatic label printing and application, DWS systems for dimensioning, weighing and scanning, machine vision, quality control and process validation. The systems can be integrated into conveyors, sorters, order-picking operations, parcel handling, packaging and dispatch lines.
Labelmasters, recently incorporated into Clustag, adds experience in automatic labelling as well as volumetric measurement and weighing. For integrators, the combined offer is intended to reduce the need to source and coordinate separate specialist technologies.
Operational value
End users can apply the systems to identify shipments, verify contents, measure and weigh items dynamically, and detect errors or damage before they affect production or service. Clustag says each installation must reflect the product, line speed, application position and operating environment.
The company is also offering 24/7 remote assistance, hotline and ticket support, video-based troubleshooting and on-site intervention. Clustag’s InLine offering is positioned as a long-term technical resource for automation partners as well as their industrial customers.
